Appointments are ONLY confirmed if you have made your deposit And i (Rokesha) have confirmed with you. A 25% non refundable deposit will go toward your schedule service. Deposits are due same day you book your services.

Clients are given a 15 minute grace period.

If you are more than 30mins late your appt is CANCELLED and deposit will not be refunded.

Last min changes will be charged the amount of original appointment ! 

All Serives come with a wash and condition and blow dry 

But PLEASE come with your hair as DETANGLED as possible ❗️Extra charges will apply ❗

NO CALL NO SHOWs WILL BE A %100 SERVICE FEE
